Rule count is not displayed in PRPC 6.2 SP2

Summary
The rule count for several ruleset versions is displayed as zero, when the ruleset is opened in the developer portal.
RULE-OBJ-REPORT-DEFINITION DATA-RULE-SUMMARY PZGETTOTALRULECOUNT which fetches the data has the max record size set to 500 and hence it able to fetch data only for the first 500 rulesets. If there are more than 500 rulesets then this issue will be encountered.

Open the ruleset in the developer portal to view the rule count.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
Hfix-22745 resolves the issue in PRPC 6.2 SP2
