Summary
The activity pySAMLWebSSOAuthenticationActivity is called inside the SAML Authentication Service. It takes more than 30 seconds for it to finish processing.

Root Cause
While the pySAMLWebSSOAuthenticationActivity is being run, ReplayCache instance is committing many times which is causing poor performance.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add support to disable replay cache handling during SSO login via a DSS : Pega-IntegrationEngine:sso/saml/disableReplayCache.
