Screen defaults to extreme right

Summary

On opening a report with a horizontal scroll bar, the screen defaults to the extreme right (end of the report).

Steps to Reproduce

Create a report with enough columns to ensure horizontal scroll bar is present.
Open the report using the report browser. See that it defaults to the extreme right.

Root Cause

Focus typically is automatically set to input element (in this case, it is setting to the close icon. Hence, user sees the scroll moving to the right.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

In the section pyReportEditorHeader, instead of the close icon, modify it to a close button, scroll would not move to the right.
