Screen display issue in IE but works in Chrome

Summary
Screen display issue in Internet Explorer but works in Chrome browser.
User has a dynamic layout with two repeating grids included in it.
In Internet Explorer 11, only the first column values are getting loaded and there is a horizontal scroll bar added to the screen in Internet Explorer.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a section with tabbed view and embed dynamic layouts in them.
2. In the first tab's layout, Display a grid with more than two columns.
Root Cause
User was using Flexbox layout mode.
Flex is not completely supported in Internet Explorer and Internet Explorer have considered to resolve these bugs in their next release.
Resolution
Modify the flex layout mode to "Inline-Block" to resolve the issue.
