Screen displays incorrectly on launching the portal.


Error Messages

Error in Skin:

Error:pyEndUser_ExpressZen, an ancestor skin of TitanicRetro(App Skin Name), can not be found


Steps to Reproduce



Launch the portal.


Root Cause



An issue in the custom application code or rules. After upgrading from from 7.x version to 8.2, the default skin rule is changed . However, the user application still points to the older skin rule, pyEndUser_ExpressZen which inherits pyEndUser skin.


Resolution

Perform the following local-change:
  1. Open the Skin rule and navigate to Inheritance tab
  2. Add the pyEndUser_ExpressDefault rule
