Screen is getting grayed when we open a modal window

Summary
Screen is getting grayed (All the fields gets disabled) when we open a modal window. This behaviour is reproducible only few environments (Other than DEV). Even in reproducible environments for specific scenario only issue is reproducible.
Observed Failure steps in the tracer at reproducible environments. The same steps are success at non reproducible environments.
Steps to Reproduce
1. We have a button to have modal window
2. Click on the button
2. Modal window opens
4. Entire screen including the modal window is getting freezed
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is software user/operation error.
Unable to connect to db due to following error. Hence sceen is getting disabled
Problem encountered when getting connection for database b2c_user_acct: code: 1017 SQLState: 72000 Message: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
DSRA0010E: SQL State = 72000, Error Code = 1,017
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change: Following steps have executed to resolve the issue
1)Corrected the DB credentials in Stage environment
2)Requested fresh code movement from DEV to Stage.
After above two steps, Issue is not reproducible.
