ScreenLayout right panel separator is not behaving properly

Summary
An application is developed on top of pega PUI FW. It has a user portal with Header and right screen layout.
When the user clicks on the separator, the right panel is minimizing but when the user clicks on the separator again to make the right panel visible again, its not working rather the separator itself is vanishing.
Then there is no option to see the right panel except refreshing the screen.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a portal with header right screen layout.
2. Go to the user portal and click on the vertical separator. Right panel will minimize.
3. Click on the separator again, the separator will vanish instead of maximizing.
Resolution
This issue is scheduled to be resolved in Maintenance Level (ML) release ML version 8
