Scroll Bar appears in IE11 only due to FLEX

Summary
Getting horizontal scrollbars in Internet Explorer11 only, when FLEX is used, with Pega 7.2.2.

Steps to Reproduce
Use flex style for few dynamic layouts with Internet Explorer 11.
Root Cause
Issue is a bug in Internet Explorer.
Internet Explorer doesn't completely support FLEX containers.
Resolution
In Microsoft site, they have considered a few FLEX issues as bugs and would consider to be fixed in next release.
As a local-change to resolve the issue, modify Flex to "Inline-Block".
