The scrollbar appears for the listview even with less results

Summary
When users run a listview, if there are many results to show, they get a scrollbar.
Though they change the filter so that less results are displayed for which a scrollbar is not necessary, the scrollbar does not go.

Steps to Reproduce
- Run a listview.
- Change the filter options so that the results count change drastically.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Iframe height is not calculated properly even on change of the filter options.
On Iframe onload IFRAME_size_to_content is called, this function is used to set the height and width of the iFrame. The height calculation is incorrect.
Resolution
Apply HFix-29414.
