SDT does not generate INPUT in STRUCTURED DCS FIELDS

Summary
Users do not see the attributes of the [ObjectArray] in a structured dcs call. And only see top level object, but do not see the values in it. Users are using version 6.7.1. Here is the example :
<Object name="PDS_ONS_VEH" referenceID="-1"/>
<Object name="PDS_VEH_TC_REPONSE_STATUS" referenceID="-1"/>
<Object name="CDS" referenceID="-1"/>
Users do not see the values that are being passed from table PDS_ONS_VEH and PDS_VEH_TC_RESPONSE_STATUS

Perform a makeDecision call invloving structured DCS adapter
Root Cause
The reported behavior is fixed in Decision service Pack (DSP) DSP016 build.
