Steps to Reproduce
Open Case Manager portal.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. Multiple User Interface kits which are built on applications are present and are used in hierarchy.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use the same User Interface kit for both the applications.
