Search Work Index File Unavailable Or Corrupted
User had an issue in re-indexing work instances in their development envionrment. Rule and Data were properly indexed. Re-indexed work instances shows "Work Index File Unavailable Or Corrupted" even if re-index is successful. Work index shows index file size -1

Steps to Reproduce
1. Login to Pega7.
2. System > Settings > Search
3. See index file size and click "Check" button.
The issue might be due to the corrupted index files in the indexing folder
User has been advised to verify following Dynamic System Settings instances are set to TRUE
Clear all existing index files from the new indexing directory (if they exist).
Run pzResolveFTSIndexEntry against each node id.
Restart Tomcat server to force these settings to take affect.
