Section grid does not pick CSS from skin

Summary
The section grid does not pick the Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) from skin while generating a PDF using the HTMLTOPDF activity. The PDF does not display CSS for grid column, rows, font family and font size.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a section with a grid
- Use a custom format
- Provide the CSS changes in the format in the skin
- Create an activity to generate PDF using the out-of-the-box HTMLTOPDF activity
- Pass the harness and section name
- Run the activity
Root Cause
Issue with the PD4ML version.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Download and install the latest PD4ML version.
