Section is not refreshed on click on a radio button in IE 11

Summary
UI does not show correct behavior on IE11. Section is not refreshed on click on a radio button. Hfixes HFix-9113 and HFix-7496 has been applied in the issue reported system.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Custom Radio button Control.
2. Used it in a Section which will be opened in a modal dialog.
3. Configure OnClick Refresh SEction on the Radio buttons.
4. During runtime the onClick of the Radio button the section is not getting refreshed.
Root Cause
The custom radiobutton control does not work in the IE 11 Standard mode.
Resolution
Changing the browser mode to compatible mode helped resolve the reported behavior.
