'Select All' check box does not display to select all rows

Summary
The 'Select All' check box for the pzBulkProcessingSelectAll final rule does not display. Hence, unable to select all rows in the bulk report. This occurs after updating to Pega 7.3.1.

Steps to Reproduce
- Update from Pega 7.2.1 to Pega 7.3.1
- Check the pzBulkProcessingSelectAll rule in design time
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
In Pega 7.3.1, the 'Select all' check box is moved to the grid header.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Remove the customized bulk report screen which hides the out-of-box section that contains the check box.
