Skimming rulesets not working on PRPC 6.1 SP1

Summary



User is performing a massive skimming operation on PRPC 6.1 SP1 before upgrading to Pega 7.1.7. Skimming a ruleset does not work if the ruleset contains an underscore (_).

Due to this the whole skimming operation fails and upgrade operation is delayed at the client environment

Steps to Reproduce



Perform a SKim operation on PRPC 6.1 SP1 with a rulesetname having underscore _.

Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules in 6.1SP1 version. This is fixed in PRPC 6.1 SP1 version with a HFix-4036.

Resolution



This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-22114 which is ported from PRPC 6.1 SP2 version.
