Skin color does not change for navigation menu options



In a Case Manager portal, when selecting the first navigation menu option (Dashboard) for the first time, the text color changes per Skin rule. However, after that, on selecting any other options (Report, Calendar, or Tags), the color does not change and the previous active menu color persists.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the Case Manager portal
  2. Configure a Skin rule for the menus to use different colors for the active and inactive text
  3. Use any menu which has more than 4 options and select various options

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
