Slowness parsing Connect-REST JSON response

Summary
The user is exerpirencing slow Connect-REST JSON response. The below query keeps running again and again during an asynchronous loading of a data page.

Steps to Reproduce
Use Wizard to consum REST service that returns JSON response. Use Data page.
Run it asynchronously in a flow
Notice the preponderance of SQL queries
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules caused JSON Cache to be re-loaded (hence reading of Property rules).
Resolution
Apply HFix-28691.
