The Smart Prompt is not removed while clicking on elsewhere on the body of the document unless the close icon is clicked.

Root Cause
The user has configured smart prompt where a close icon. When the user tries to click elsewhere on the document of the browser the smart prompt is not remvoed.
Resolution
The smart prompt with the close icon will not be removed unless clicked on the close icon on the smart prompt.
