Special characters are not coming in hover of Listview

Summary
Special characters are not displaying in smartinfo configured on hover of a listview records.
If a number is placed after some special character like Grave accent (`) then it is getting replaced by some different character.
The value in the clipboard looks fine.
Below is the screen print where user set the description value with grave accent (`)
At runtime, the value is displayed as different characters instead of `5 `6 `7 `8 in smart info.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a ListView.
- Configure Format tab of the listview to show smart info on hover of the record.
- Make sure some text with Grave accent(`) is present in the smart info data.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules : RULE-FILE-TEXT WEBWB PEGA_TOOLS_EVALDOMSCRIPTS.JS
Resolution
Apply HFix-33471.
Screen print after installing the hotfix.
