Split Screen is observed when navigating between screens

Summary
Issue when trying to navigate from one screen to another by clicking on Next button. Along with PEGA7 loading icon, the current screen is pushed down.
This creates a confusion whether the screen is submitted or not . This issue is observed when there are more rules that are called.

Steps to Reproduce
Run the application and navigate from one screen to another.
Root Cause
The div with pega_ui_mask id was taking position as fixed on load which should not occur. This was due to operator's configuration.
Resolution
Add below style in user work form
