SQL error while reading blob during extraction

Summary
When running a BIX command line, exception appears in logs and the extract fails.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
Run BIX extract from command line.
Root Cause
The issue was due to the JDBC driver version.
Resolution
Update the driver version from 11.2.0.1.0 to 11.2.0.3.0 resolved the BLOB exception.
