Summary
Stale or unreachable nodes generated in the Production environment. The pyFTSincementalindexer fails in indexing rules on the unreachable nodes. Hence, the broken queue items are stacked in huge numbers. The issue occurs post upgradation.

Root Cause
Business Intelligence Exchange (BIX) commandline execution starts the Pega engine which adds a new node. However, the node is not cleared.
Resolution
This issue is scheduled to be addressed in the latest patch release of Pega 8.1.7.
