Sub cases in case contents display are not ordered

Summary



Sub cases are not displayed in proper order when more than three sub cases are displayed under case contents in case over view tab which is in review harness .

Error Messages



No error message


Steps to Reproduce



- Add more that three products when patient assistance case is created.
- Proceed through flow.
- After subcases for fullfillment get created observe the case contents in review harness.


(Generally if there are more than three sub cases to display under case contents those are displayed not in order.)


Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is a defect in user's application code/rules. As the cases are created programmatically, there is a miss in the user's code rule that has a problem. By modifying the wrapper activity, this can be resolved.


Resolution



This issue is resolved through the following local change:

By explicitly sorting the elements in the case contents page in the activtiy.


1.SaveAs the section Work- • pyPopulateCaseContentsWrapper into custom ruleset.
2.Set local.classname = "$ANY"
3.Obj-Sort on .pxResults for class local.classname
