Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in user's application code/rules. As the cases are created programmatically, there is a miss in the user's code rule that has a problem. By modifying the wrapper activity, this can be resolved.

This issue is resolved through the following local change:

By explicitly sorting the elements in the case contents page in the activtiy.

1.SaveAs the section Work- • pyPopulateCaseContentsWrapper into custom ruleset.
2.Set local.classname = "$ANY"
3.Obj-Sort on .pxResults for class local.classname
