Summary

Substitute operator can not be set in Case Manager Portal.

Error Messages

There are no error messages.

Steps to Reproduce

1. From Designer Studio Launch Case Manager portal as one user. 
2. When opened select Availability from the menu and set any available operator for Default to operator drop-down. 
3. Press Save, form closes. 
4. Reopen the Availability form and observe that the selected operator is not saved.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules:

 "Run visibility condition on client" was checked when support for Workbasket Substitute type was added. Because the visibility was on the client side, the same field is on the form twice, so "Default to assignee" only works for Workbasket, not Operators. 

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Changes are in pySubstituteDetails section.
This is available section and user can override this.

Uncheck the 'visibility was on the client' for the field, to resolve the issue.
