Summary view chart drilldown and maximize not working in Chrome

Summary
Summary view drilldown and maximize directly from within the chart does not work in Chrome. Mouse clicks do nothing, and there is no error.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create summary report.
2. Provide chart interaction from 'Configure Interactive Charts'
3. Generate report and try Maximize or drill down option.
