Tab not completely hidden in the Repeating tab layout

Summary



A tab in a repeating layout is not being completely hidden when the configured visible when condition is satisfied.

Error Messages



No error messages. Tab is not being completely hidden.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure a Tabbed Repeat and apply a visible when condition.


Root Cause



The configuration was incorrect.  The visible when condition was defined on the tab label rather than the Body Visible When Condition.

Resolution



Configure the Body Visible When Condition.  This is configurable when the "Display header and title" configuration is used.



Further issues were resolved by installing HFix-24596 Tabbed Repeat - Body Visible When condition issues​.  If you are encountering issues with Tabbed Repeats on 7.1.8  then this HFix should be installed.
