Target 'New Document' action not working as expected

Summary
You choose to open an item in a new tab, but the OnClick action opens the item in the existing tab.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Click Bulk Actions from Manager portal (pyCaseManager7).
2. Click on a work object.
Root Cause
You have named the new tab, in which the harness is to be written, as the same as the existing tab.
Resolution
Name the new tab to be generated to be different from the existing tab. If the existing tab name is used, Pega displays the new harness in that tab. Refer the Pega Help documentation for further information.
