Test connectivity fails for an external FTP rule.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to the Connect FTP rule
  2. Click Test connectivity

Root Cause

After enabling the debug on the class,


it was observed that while connecting to the FTP server, the authentication profile was not loaded. Additionally, the username and password were sent without any values.


Apply HFix-33301.
