Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the Connect FTP rule
- Click Test connectivity
Root Cause
After enabling the debug on the class,
com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.connect.ftp.FTPConnectorImpl
it was observed that while connecting to the FTP server, the authentication profile was not loaded. Additionally, the username and password were sent without any values.
Resolution
Apply HFix-33301.
