Root Cause
The deprecated rules are removed from Pega 7.4.

Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use Designer Studio Upgrade tools utility to upgrade or refactor the affected rules:
- Click System > Release > Upgrade > Upgrade tools.
- Click the List rules using the Legacy rules link.
- From the list of rules, select a rule to open it.
- Upgrade or refactor the rule.
