Tree grid issues despite IE 11 compatibility hotfixes installed

SA-5286

Summary

Business user machines have upgraded IE browsers to IE11. Developers have proactively installed known IE10/11 compatibility HFIXs documented here. https://pdn.pega.com/user-interface/troubleshooting-ie10-and-ie11-ui-problems-fixed-by-prpc-5x-and-prpc-6x-hotfixes-for-ie5-quirks-mode

This has resolved 99% of their application rendering issues, however there is an edge case where rendering is still incorrect.

In this particular case tree grids are not aligning properly. The expand ‘+’ icon is overlaid on top of the actual text.
