Two Paragraph is getting merged in the Text Area

Summary
In a text area two paragraph are getting merged with one another , on click of submit.
Error Messages
The merged paragraph makes very difficult to read.
Steps to Reproduce
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a text Area.
2.Type two Paragraph in the text area.
3.Click on Submit.
4.Open that work object
5.Check the same text area, which is getting Merged with one another.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the PRPC operating environment.
The Rule FORMATTER PXFORMATTEXT--(STRING,BOOLEAN,STRING,STRING,BOOLEAN) whcih is been used by the customer is a RUF fucntion and have a <br> for the value space entered in the text area.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFIX-10029
