Steps to Reproduce
Login to Developer Portal - click the clipborad button and the error comes.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the PRPC operating environment. Within the application logs, a Database error was shown while reading classes from pr_engineclasses table, which prevented the reading of one class (ConcurrentHashMap) required for Clipboard Viewer.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by making the following change to the PRPC operating environment: Restart of JVM cleared out the database access error, and allowed the affected classes to be read from the DB.
