Unable to Click on Filter button for report

Summary



The user have a functionality for exporting the report to excel. After they export to excel, they are unable to click filter on the screen.


Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a repeat grid with button to Export Data to excel
  2. onclick of button call MSOGenerateExcelFile to Export Data to Excel


Root Cause



Activity is configured using Refresh-This Section Action, which is exporting the data to Excel but not able to perform filtering after Export

Resolution



Perform the following local-change: 
  1. Call Activity in Open URL in Window action
  2. Then Call Refresh-this Section Action.
