In an Opportunity, unable to create a new Close Plan using the Add New button.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the Sales Ops portal.
- Create an Opportunity.
- Navigate to the Close Plan tab.
- Click the Add New button.
Root Cause
The class name for Close Plan is hardcoded in the data page on which the Close Plan will be instantiated.
Resolution
Apply HFix-43691.
