Steps to Reproduce
- Log into Case Manager portal.
- Click My Reports tab to display existing reports in the report browser.
- Click New Report link to create new report from the report browser.
Root Cause
PRPC picks up initial version 01-01-01 of application ruleset instead of current production-unlocked ruleset version while creating a new report or category from report browser. As the initial version 01-01-01 of application rule set is locked, the error is thrown on the screen when PRPC tries to create a report in locked ruleset version.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add a production ruleset and unlock version entries in access group.
Note: This resolution is applicable for Pega 7.1.6 too.
