Unable to download logs files from PRPC

Summary
An error occurred after providing credentials to login. PegaDiagnosticUser role for weblogic was set up, but not sure if the correct procedure was followed.
Error Messages
Error 403--Forbidden
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.4 403 Forbidden
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to System > Tools > Logs > Log Files > PEGA, and select the following:
OS Name: Linux
Application Server: Weblogic 10.3.6
Root Cause
weblogic.xml must have been modified in the exploded directory for the PRPC EAR.
Resolution
Re-deploy the EAR file after modifying the weblogic.xml.
