- Click Recent Alerts in the Pega Diagnostic Cloud 1.0
- Select Category
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. User's pop-up blocker was enabled.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Disable the pop-up blockers while viewing the content as the alert displays on the pop-up window.
