Unable to generate manifest files in BIX Extract

Summary
Checkbox for Manifest file generation is not available in PRPC 6.3 SP1 BIX Extract although it is available in PRPC 6.2 SP1.
Error Messages
No error messages but manifest file not generating.
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to Rulesexplorer > sysadmin > Extract > Select one xml output BIX extract.
Observe that manifest file generation option is missing in PRPC 6.3 SP1.
Resolution
Apply HFix-9355 and HFix-9367
Note that HFix-9367 should be installed only after HFix-9355 is installed.
Install Hfix-9367 (pxHFix-9367.jar) via (Pega Button) Application - Distribution > Import feature from the developer portal.
