Summary
In HTML with IMAGE references, some images do not display when converted to PDF. This occurs when using the HTMLTOPDF activity.

Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
The issue occurred due to the behavior of the following Engine Class:
com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.mapping.PDFResourceHandler.java
The files that contained the following pattern in the filename were not processed.
UNDERSCORE + STRING-OF-AT-LEAST-ONE-DIGIT
_[0-9]+
Resolution
As a local-change, avoid creating data-content-image instances with file names that match the below pattern.
UNDERSCORE + STRING-OF-AT-LEAST-ONE-DIGIT
_[0- 9]+
