Steps to Reproduce

Root Cause



A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment The file limit specification for the application server interrupts the file upload process and no further bytes are uploaded.


Resolution



Perform the following local-change:
  1. Copy the DL to the below location using a mechanism that is different from uploading through the browser.

    <pegatmp>/StaticContent/global/ServiceExport
  2. Use the 'Select Mode' drop down to select 'Zip file on server' option in the Update Manager to display files already on the server.
  3. Select the DL item and proceed through the wizard.
