Unable to localize 'Apply' & 'Cancel' buttons

Summary
Unable to localize the grid filter section having button label 'Apply' and 'Cancel'.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change:
Inorder to localize 'Apply' : Do a save as of the pyCaption rule: ApplyFilter and edit the localized value
Inorder to localize 'Cancel' : Do a save as of the pyCaption rule: CancelFilter and edit the localized value
