Steps to Reproduce

Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. The heap size of the application server must be a minimum of 4GB. The maximum heap size of application server and available native memory outside JVM are lesser than 4GB.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment:
Update JVM Xmx argument to 4GB. Use a minimum of 4GB native memory outside the heap to allocate native objects.
