Summary
Unable to log out of chat servers despite logging out of the chat window from Pega Customer Service (CS). This results in the display of incorrect information on the dashboard.

Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to a Chat rule, and monitor.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Incorrect checking of the agent status while returning monitor data.
Resolution
Apply HFix-45182.
