Unable to obtain unique id: SQLException: ORA-06550

Summary



Error occurs when creating a work item using the Work- GenerateID activity.

Steps to Reproduce



Use the Work- GenerateID activity to create a work item.


Root Cause



A third-party product issue.

The DATA.SPPC_DATA_UNIQUEID Stored Procedure was invalid.



Resolution



Make the following change to the operating environment:

Use the SQL Developer to recompile the Stored Procedure.
