Unable to see close Icon on the Error Message

Summary
User was performing validations on click of the submit button.
An error message is displayed on the screen.The Error message does not contain any close icon to close the error message.
Error Messages
Error section is being displayed without close icon.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create an activity and use Page-Set-Message to display the error on screen.
2. Use a button in the section and run the activity on click of the button.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. User was using the Default Error display option in harness rule which was not displaying the close icon.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change steps:
1. Open the harness rule and go to the Display options tab.
2. From Error display option select Top of Harness instead of Default.
