Unable to send attachments in SI 6.3.1

Summary



User is unable to send a single attachment in SI 6.3.1.

Steps to Reproduce



As part of create correspondence flow, Smart Investigate (SI) provides two options to send attachments:
  • Send All Attachments
  • Attach most recent
Select any of the above options to observe that the attachments are not sent as part of correspondence.

Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. "Send All Attachments" and "Attach most recent" options are not working or their implementation in the product is missing.

Resolution



The missing functionality "Send All Attachments" and "Attach most recent" as part of Create Correspondence flow is implemented as part of Smart Investigate HFix-21700.
