Unable to send DTMF tones when multiple lines are connected.
The call is in an improper state to send DTMF tones. Unable to make the request. Current state of the call [Held] device id [ ]
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to CTI.
- Receive a call and place the call on Hold.
- Dial an outbound call. When the call is connected, dial a DTMF tone and select 'Send DTMF tones' in the call drop down.
The DTMF tones are sent to the incorrect line or call ID.
