Unable to send email by configuring SMTP server

Summary
Out-of-the-box SendEmailNotification activity was designed with required details. When the activity was run in standalone or in a flow to populate parameters, email is not sent through the SMTP server configured.
Error Messages
Caught com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException
Steps to Reproduce
1. Populate parameters with configuration details required for out-of-the-box SendEmailNotification activity.
2. Run the activity in standalone or in a flow.
Root Cause
SMTP port is not handled in PRPC 6.2 SP2.
Resolution
Apply HFix-5531.
