Unable to set focus on Rich TextEditor after reloading a section

Summary
The focus action event does not set the focus on the RichText Editor. Focus event works fine with Text area of the editor. The issue with RTE is observed only on Internet Explorer (9, 10 and 11) and not on Chrome browser.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a section with text input, text area and rich text editor
2. Create a text input and configure an onchange event with the following two actions:
a) reload section and
b) focus the section on Rich Text Editor
3. Apply a visibility on textarea - when text input == "Internal".
4. Apply a visibility on Rich TExt Editor - when text input == "External".
Notice that focus is set on text area but not on rich text editor.
Root Cause
The focus action event needs special handling for the new CK Editor based Rich Text Editor.
Resolution
This issue is scheduled to be resolved in update release 7.1.8.
